Product // Operations
Product and operations work is where ideas are tested against reality. It’s about taking loosely defined goals, navigating constraints, and figuring out how work actually moves from concept to execution. My experience in this space comes from supporting launches, coordinating across stakeholders, and helping create structure in environments where processes are still forming or constantly changing.
Through these projects, I’ve learned that progress often depends less on perfect plans and more on clarity, sequencing, and follow-through. Whether working with founders, cross-functional teams, or within operational systems, my focus is on helping teams align on what matters most, reduce friction, and move work forward in a way that’s sustainable and adaptable.

Launching A Tale of 2 Chilis | From Idea to Market
Product
Overview
A Tale of 2 Chilis is a small-batch chili oil business. I supported the founder during the early stages of launch, helping translate an initial idea into a cohesive product that was ready to be introduced to customers.

The Problem
The founder had a strong vision for the product but needed support turning that vision into something tangible. Key decisions around positioning, presentation, and launch priorities were still open, and there was no clear sequence for how to move from concept to market.
My Role
I worked closely with the founder as a collaborator, helping structure early product decisions and clarify what needed to happen before launch. While my background is in branding, my role extended beyond visual identity into supporting alignment, decision-making, and execution.
Approach
I approached the project by first helping clarify the core of the product—what it was, who it was for, and what made it distinct. From there, I focused on translating that clarity into concrete next steps that supported launch readiness. Rather than treating branding as a final layer, it became a tool for alignment, helping guide decisions around packaging, presentation, and overall direction as the business took shape.
Outcome
The result was a clearly positioned product with cohesive branding that supported a successful launch. Just as importantly, the founder gained a clearer framework for making future decisions as the business continues to evolve.
